UK Shipping

Items are shipped via Royal Mail. 

Please consult Royal Mail for shipping times. Please also consult Royal Mail for information regarding strikes. 

Once an order is placed, please see banner for processing time. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped. From this point, Royal Mail's shipping time will come into effect depending on the class you paid for.

PROCESSING VS SHIPPING

Processing refers to creating your candle. Orders are made to order, and are unique to each customer. We require up to 3 working days to process orders. 

Shipping refers to from the moment your package is sent to the delivery service and to your home. 

Therefore if you ordered candles with 24 Tracked service, they will take up to 4 days to reach your home (up to 3 days processing and 24hrs to deliver).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders, we ship via Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are shipped via UPS.

You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail,  or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
