Candle Care

  1. Ensure that you have a candle tray or a candle holder. This is to catch the wax and prevent ruining your furniture. Get yours here.
  2. Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, or fans, which can cause sooting (black marks) or rapid, uneven burning.
  3. Make sure you stop burning your candle when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom, keeping an eye on a burning candle when the wax is low.
  4. Trim your wick to 5mm before burning and remove any tags present.
  5. Aim to burn your candle after one week to ensure the longest possible burn (we know it's tempting)!

Failure to do so may cause inconsistent candle burning.

Stone Tray Care

  1. Please do not submerge in water. The trays aren't dishwasher safe.
  2. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  3. Avoid keeping in constant humid environments. Bathrooms are OK.
  4. Jesmonite is a fragile material, so place on sturdy surfaces.
  5. Gently scrape any melted candle wax using a blunt tool. Avoid allowing candle wax to harden as this will be hard to remove.

Air bubbles may be present due to being handmade.
