Candle Care
- Ensure that you have a candle tray or a candle holder. This is to catch the wax and prevent ruining your furniture. Get yours here.
- Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, or fans, which can cause sooting (black marks) or rapid, uneven burning.
- Make sure you stop burning your candle when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom, keeping an eye on a burning candle when the wax is low.
- Trim your wick to 5mm before burning and remove any tags present.
- Aim to burn your candle after one week to ensure the longest possible burn (we know it's tempting)!

Failure to do so may cause inconsistent candle burning.
Stone Tray Care
- Please do not submerge in water. The trays aren't dishwasher safe.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Avoid keeping in constant humid environments. Bathrooms are OK.
- Jesmonite is a fragile material, so place on sturdy surfaces.
- Gently scrape any melted candle wax using a blunt tool. Avoid allowing candle wax to harden as this will be hard to remove.
